  • Decoding The Differences

Ever wondered why opposites attract? Why twins or even siblings turn out to be so unlike each other? Why good people pick up the un-good habits and unworthy partners more often than not?

Because life is short. We should live and try it all out. Once you realize that 40-50% is a good enough match, you stop chasing perfectionism. Whether it’s similarities in values, actions, virtues or behaviour – nothing is ever going to be a perfect match.

    Matchy matchy no more

But should you fold or not yet? If you don’t, the friction goes on. If you do, both of you move forwards even though just an inch.

Therefore, grab the moments before you realize a lifetime has slipped out of your hands.

  • Pressure free Parenting

Catchy title but does that even exist? Not the word of course but the ideology. In today’s hyper competitive world with global aspirations and shrinking humanity can the beta generation even afford to be free from pressure?

Maybe yes. If they are bought up minus the burden of their parents aspirations. Maybe yes if they are free from the traditional norms society has set to define success, achievements and accomplishments. Maybe yes if they find their own definition of work and play.

Maybe yes if they create more than consume. Maybe yes if they free play more than attending scheduled classes. Maybe yes if we mentor them more than we coach them. Maybe yes if we let them be the kids they are meant to be ❤️

  • Older or bolder – Happy birthday to me!

As I complete another year around the sun, I wonder if I am gaining years alone. Or am I also gaining the weight of life experiences, lessons from triumphs and failures and much more bodily fat than before!

So yes I am older but also bolder in my thoughts, more comfortable in sharing my beliefs and  confident in standing by my life choices.

Yes I may be a bit more cautious, slightly hesitant and taking longer than before in making decisions. But I take it as a sign of responsibility, to live and let live without the burden of judgement.

So to all of us growing older, wiser and maybe slightly less lively than before – cheers to the new you. Your evolution path is unique to you so drown out the noise & don’t let anyone dim the shine you radiate.
