  • Lazy faire

Lazy are the people who have enormous energy and ambition. It’s just that they channelize it just right. Precise utilization actually makes them more effective and efficient than most others. These spurts of productivity leave others with amazement.

So now you know how that GenZ employee brought in the brilliant idea at the eleventh hour or how that pot-bellied, 9-5 routine following middle aged accountant cracked the formulae just in time for the CFO review. Laziness can lead to accidental greatness 😉

  • Empaths

Empathy is quite a buzzword for leadership. Does it mean being sensitive and warm rather than uptight and cold? Would too much empathy be mistaken for meekness and indecisiveness?

The gift of empathy tends to make one emotional but the lack of it is worse as it makes one mechanical. So make small talk, check on an ailing colleague, loop back on the favor you promised – let empathy complement your talents and skills. Afterall people matter 🙂
