Vamos amigo!

Don’t count your chickens before they hatch. But do count personal wins. Each day, everyday. Until it becomes a huge victory in itself. Afterall every ounce of effort should be lauded. Every tiny accomplishment should be celebrated. And every step in the direction of the goal should be appreciated.

As simple as habit building or as complex as identifying an emotion yet being in control of the reaction. As tiny as refusing that extra piece of cake or as courageous as admitting ones mistake. As basic as keeping the commitment to check on your loved ones or as bold as burying the hatchet with a lost friend.
